Linda, We wanted to thank you for all of our time and efforts during our recent whirlwind visit to Palm Coast and Florida.  It is obvious why you have been successful and will continue to be a leader in your field.  The time you gave us was only exceeded by your patience and efforts to show us Palm Coast and direct us to homes and areas that you felt were amenable to our tastes and lifestyles.  You made the most of an abbreviated schedule knowing, the constraints we were facing.  Our goal was to attempt to find a home we liked in a community we would feel comfortable in and meet what we felt were personal needs for the future.  Not necessarily a "must find" trip, but one with specific goals. While Palm Coast had a lot to offer we just did not link to what we were seeking...not at all caused by your efforts.  Other areas visited in Florida left us with the same feelings. Again, thank you for your personal and professional manner during our visit.  We will keep your business card and will refer anyone we know looking to relocate to Florida and what Palm Coast has to offer. To Whom It May Concern: In my time I have purchased and sold a number of residential and commercial properties.  In all instances the transactions were done with the aid of Realtors, and I have always been satisfied with the services these professionals performed for me. Never have I had a better experience with a Realtor than I had with my latest purchase, a home in Palm Coast, Florida. Linda Friess of Realty Executives, helped me choose the right lot, and the right builder.  That's where the usual services end, but that's where Linda really went to work.  She cleared up a question of title, as she worked out the builder's contract with my attorney, and she watched over the construction of my home as closely as if it were her own.  I received weekly reports on the progress of the construction along with photos sent me via email.  She must have driven the builder mad making sure that everything was one prooperly.  I never once thought that I had to travel to the site to monitor the building process.  She took care of all the details from the painting to the landscaping. And when the home was completed and we came down to do the walk-through, Linda was there to make sure that eveything was satisfactory.  She made out a list of the subs so that we knew whom to call in case there was a problem.  She came by after we had moved in just to make sure all was right, and we still speak with one another on a regular basis. I could not recommend anyone any more than Linda Friess to anyone who comtemplates purchasing property in the Palm Coast area. Sincerely,  Marvin L W****
